House Rules

The House Rules of Coffeeshop Relax are:

• 1. Only persons 18 years of age or older are permitted in our shops.

•  

• 2. Identification is mandatory at our shops. Every visitor must show valid identification upon request from the staff.

•  

• 3. The following documents are accepted as proof of identity:

  • passport;
  • Dutch identity card;
  • ID card or passport from an EEA country;
  • Dutch foreigner's document.

• 4. When showing identification, your face must be fully visible: Sunglasses and helmets must be removed.

•  

5. Possession, trade & use of hard drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited

•  

• 6. The law permits you to purchase up to 5 grams of soft drugs per day. You may carry up to 5 grams in the coffeeshop. Resale of our products is strictly prohibited.

•  

• 7. It is forbidden to consume tobacco in the coffeeshop.

•  

• 8. Possession of weapons, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.

•  

• 9. Sexual harassment, discrimination, aggression, and violence will not be tolerated. Upon displaying this type of behavior, you will be immediately expelled from the coffeeshop.

•  

• 10. All drinks sold by us must be paid for immediately upon purchase.

•  

• 11. Bringing your own drinks is not permitted.

•  

• 12. Use of a mobile phone is prohibited.

•  

• 13. You will only be served if your vehicle is parked correctly. Illegally parked vehicles will not be served.

•  

• 14. If you cause a nuisance in/around the coffeeshop: We will file a police report!
